Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email or via the online withdrawal button on our website) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Early Commencement of Services

If the participant expressly requests that the services (e.g. tuition, accommodation, university placement services, vocational training placement services, or the issuance of an invitation letter for visa purposes) begin or are provided during the withdrawal period, the participant agrees that BWS Germanlingua may commence performance of the services before the withdrawal period expires.

The participant acknowledges that the issuance of an invitation letter as well as university or vocational placement services cause immediate costs and binding obligations for BWS Germanlingua towards third parties. Such services are therefore payable immediately and are non-refundable once the services have been provided or bindingly commissioned, even in the event of withdrawal or cancellation.

In the event of withdrawal, the participant shall pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal in comparison to the total scope of the services agreed in the contract.
